Brad K. Beasley

Mr. Beasley is a native of Tulsa and has lived in Tulsa his entire life. Mr. Beasley was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout during his youth. Mr. Beasley has been active in numerous community activities with a particular emphasis on youth athletics and previously served as President for Tulsa Little League. In his legal practice, Mr. Beasley concentrates in the areas of commercial real estate, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, oil and gas and commercial litigation. David Johnson

Mr. Johnson went to junior and senior high school in Tulsa after growing up in Illinois. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the OU Law School. He served in the US Air Force as a captain and a judge advocate. After the military, he worked for Cities Service Company, a large international energy company, in the legal division, on the corporate planning staff and in management. Subsequently, he started his own law practice and ultimately merged it into the firm. For a period of time, Mr. Johnson took a leave of absence from the firm to be the CEO of a regional airline. Mr. Johnson has been active in the community and has been a director of numerous organizations including Oklahoma Higher Education Task Force, President of the International Council of Tulsa, Chair of the Global Trade Task Force, Executive Committee of Metropolitan Tulsa Chamber of Commerce, Oklahoma Capital Investment Board, Chair of the Tulsa Industrial Authority, Oklahoma Investment Forum, Metropolitan Tulsa Economic Development Foundation , Leadership Oklahoma, Oklahoma Academy and President of Holland Hall school. Mr. Johnson has lived and worked in Thailand and Brazil.

Mr. Johnson’s practice emphasizes corporate, business and international business transactions; real estate; public finance and economic incentives; oil and gas and downstream operations including marketing, supply and transportation; estate planning and probate, and aviation related business and legal issues. Mr. Johnson is a member of various bar associations and has attended API Refinery School, Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law, Columbia University, and has been a guest lecturer in international law at the Summer Institute, Comenius University, Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
